Gantry type and Indexing type part loading system

Metallurgy : Foundry Practices, Patterns design, Core
boxes and fixtures for setting cores for complicated
casting

Project Planning from concept to Proto type and prove
out

Selection of Electrical Motors and system logic with
Inputs and Outputs.

Practical experience in guiding manufacturing team and
Assembly team during assembly stage.

During my job tenure, handled team of 50 design
engineers working with different projects.

Electrical Design: Selection of motors, interfacing with
mechanical engineers for logic of machine or system.
• Other Engineers are also mechanical Graduate with an experience
between 2 to 10 years and they are expert in designing from concept
to manufacturing drawings.
• One Electrical Senior Engineer has hands on experience in selection
of electrical parts and Eplan Software.
• Handled various designs including mechanical and electrical from
Concept to Manufacturing Drawings and co-ordination with assembly
team to resolve issues during manufacturing.
• Conversion of 2D into 3D and then manufacturing drawing with
Material, Heat treatment, geometrical tolerances considering
functionality and cost effectiveness etc.
• Reverse Engineering. (Actual measurement of part , preparation of
part in 3D and 2D manufacturing drawing)
• Present Design Updating and detailed drawing.
• Well acquainted with ISO 9001 requirements.
