Set monthly sales target for both pre-sellers and van salesmen
Monitor sales target achievement of individual team member on daily basis
Coordinate work between departments mainly between Logistics and Finance
Defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
Working with the relevant distributor to increase distribution gap.
