Abdelrahman Wasfy

I am an experienced commercial and corporate lawyer. I attend before the Courts, prepare and review briefs of defence and report to clients. I have provided legal advice and consultations on transactional, compliance and government regulatory issues. I further review the procedures related to business mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. In addition to handling different corporate matters including companies’ registration before the Commercial Register, arranging for general meetings, drafting agendas for OGM and EGM, and attendance before the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI). I handle legal matters with regards to Employment Law, grievances and benefits administration as well as Criminal Law and Criminal procedures. I provide advice various matters related to the labor law. I have drafted and vetted numerous contracts in line with the applicable laws and procedures. I have dealt with many cases related to family law as well. Other than that, I am an outgoing person who likes to travel, play, hangout and have fun.

I am currently working on my LL.M in International Legal and Commercial Transactions and Logistics from the Institute of International Transport and Logistics of the Arab Academy for Science Technology & Maritime Transport.
