• An Electrical Distribution and Transmission Utility Engineer, graduated in Electrical Power Engineering, having thirty one years of experience in Design, Construction, Project Management, Maintenance, Reliability, Protection, System Analysis & Planning, Power Purchase agreement with SPPs of connectivity, metering, billing and operation & maintenance, health & safety.
• Have gone through numerous technical and administrative challenges relating to extensively used hardware and available human resources in terms of development of team spirits and participative & change Management and functioning of best combined efforts for ensuring deliveries in the most timely manner
• 31-year professional career has groomed the professional to command all fields of power system such as customer services management, design and prepare plans, specifications and cost estimates for electrical distribution system construction of low medium, High and extra high voltage, developing new and update existing electrical construction standard, suggest system improvements and modifications proposals and prepare substations feeder analysis showing all critical attributes of the feeder including circuit loading, phase balancing, voltage drop, fault current analysis, protection coordination and capacitor placement. • Has demonstrated his technical, administrative and managerial skills by establishing the country’s first Model Sub division in 2001, which became the role model for all DISCOs. It was advised by the Chairman of Wapda to create a Model Industrial Division in LESCO for the heavy load customers of 5 MW and above at 11 kV or 132 kV voltage level in 2003. The pilot Project MODEL INDUSTRIAL DIVISION MANGA MANDI LAHORE was created in record time by maintaining the high-class customer services and implemented health & Safety standards.
• Got the invaluable experience of coordinator and project manager for The OFGEM (Office of Gas & Electricity Market) British Regulatory Authority who has introduced a regulatory regime to develop the infrastructure and measuring of power supplied to DNOS from national grid in UK and provided the coordination consultancy for developing the infrastructure for energy measuring, developing generation, transmission and distribution system.
