Currently am working as HR Business Partner supporting the Commercial, Sales, and Customer Service in terms of all HR aspects including Manpower planning, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, ER, Work Environment and Culture for more than 5 years out of total experience in HR in general.

I come with over than 10 years of experience in HR and management field. With a working experience encompasses in Saudi, Bahrain. My most recent position is HRBP Specialist IV, recruiting and training, setting KPIs and SLAs, driving and analysis the surveys, writing and updating policies and procures, enhanced and updates the onboarding process, work in the succession plan and the turnover percentage.
Prior to that I was one of the start-up team in Zain telecom. I spent their over than 6 years between Riyadh and Jeddah starting as Recruitment officer, plus to that; my movement between HR departments allow me to learn and get the knowledge and the capability for more responsibilities.
I started my career in Jeddah with NCB National Commercial Bank for 5 years Jeddah in the HO. and branches.
