I am a highly accomplished retail and wholesale executive with a record of success over three decades delivering sales, profit, and market growth success across the international marketplace in challenging multicultural work environments.

My experience incorporates substantial Board and executive leadership roles in globally disparate locations, with some of the world’s largest diversified multinational retail and wholesale/cash and carry groups, operating at the leading edge of industry and emerging marketplace development.

I am recognised for my transformational leadership skills, development of market business strategies, purchasing, merchandising and marketing management capability, category and assortment management, retailing and supply chain management, in country start-ups, turnarounds and growth environments.

My qualifications include a Retail Marketing Certificate from the New South Wales Institute of Technology, a Retail Management Diploma from the T.A.F.E. Institute Sydney, and current MBA studies with the Australian Institute of Business.

I am fluent in the English language with conversational Mandarin.
