• Responsibilities of Procurement of engineering equipment’s/material (Mechanical, Electrical & Instruments, Civil), receiving of purchase requisitions, RFQ, RFP, Price Negotiation with qualified vendor, PO making & releasing after signatory approval, approval of Quality Assurance Plan (QAP/ITP) & Manufacturing Process Plan, testing & inspection, Stacking, Maintaining Minimum & Maximum Level of Critical & Fast Moving Items, and Maintaining All Procurement Documents.
• Materials Management, Purchase Order is prepared in ERP system, Reconciliation vendor Statement with ERP System & Manual. Stock Verification, Analysis of Vendor Performance & Price Variance & Purchase related all responsibility.
• Material Handling: Rotary equipment’s like Pump/Motor/Blowers/Compressor, Raw materials like plats/tubes/pipes & pipes fittings/Structural Steels, Forgings for Heat exchangers/Vessels/Pressurisers, Valves, electrical & instruments, Utilities like Cooling Tower/DM Water plant/Heating system etc.
• New Vendor Development, Material Delivery and Payment, Logistic etc.
• Familiar with ASME,ASTM,ANSI,API,ISO,BS Code etc.
• Ability to read & analyze manufacturing drawing, PnID drawing etc.
• Sub-contracting as per project requirement.
