Having more than 15 + years experience in the field of Project Management, Contracts Management Operations and Construction Projects in different roles from a Project Engineer , Project Manager to Director of Projects in Major Projects in India and Saudi Arabia. Several types of projects have been executed such as PMO, PMC, infrastructure, residential, commercial, water and waste water, electricity generation / transmission & Industrial projects.
The main key qualification is PMO, PPMO, construction management, project planning & control, construction cost estimation, Legal, contractual aspects & Construction process, Engineering Economics, Management science.
In addition to that I am responsible for the resources allocation , Co-ordinating, directing & organizing the project to complete within target with cost/time/quality and safety in accordance to the Specifications, solving the complex problems, monitoring staff, materials , Equipment & progress according to plan and complete the project within the budget.
Excellent Communication, Facilitation and Collaboration skills, experienced and effective leader with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels, appropriately allocate resources and delegate responsibilities in order to maximize productivity and increase values for the Project or company goals.
 Understanding of PMI project management body of knowledge areas
 Understanding and knowledge of FIDIC guidelines.
 Excellent experience of design, development, coaching, guiding and implementation of Project Management Methodology
 Excellent experience of identifying company trainings needs and assessment of staff for PM trainings
 Experience in Project Planning, Development of Schedules, Resource Plans, Communication and Monitoring Plans
