Market analysis and identifying new JV partners for developing the business. Registrations with CEIGs of all major utility Boards in India as a Class-I contractor for participating in bids. Preparing company profiles, pre-qualification documents, man-hours and estimation, cost and resources. Taking care of vendor registrations with top PSU companies and top engineering Consultants for new business. Pre-bid and Post-bid analysis, technical evaluation, preparing and compiling of bidding documents for E-Tendering mode / Manual submission and attending the pre bid and post bid meetings.
