My relevant qualification includes my Masters in Microbiology, I possess more than 13+ years of experience in the field of food hygiene & Quality assurance in Food industry, .I was responsible for standards referred by FSMS, implementation, documentation & validation of HACCP, SOP development, hygiene assurance of the fresh & FMCG products and food handling area in the stores like receiving, storage, processing, , display, etc., Cleaning & sanitation and personal hygiene validation, private label product development, shelf life analysis & assurance of the products, customer complaints handling, food safety training as per HACCP, GHP & GMP,GLP .
