I am 46 yrs mechanical engineer graduated 1995; post graduate at 2003 in engineering management, challenging person; figures oriented; having a solid 21 years of experience within different management styles; working globally and domestically gave me wide range of knowledge & lesson learnt so I can add to my working team & future organization.
I will be a successful factor in this job based on my experience in managing different departmental activities; ability to control the output towards achieving company targets as well as Managing by objectives & figures. Making the output quantifiable; easy to gain the employee momentum. Also based on my LEAN management experience; analytical approach I am able to cut the fats to align & synchronize activities to maximize profit and reduce overheads .Holding roles as QA/QC manager; Plant manager; operations manager; operations excellence manger gave me a mature business vision .
