Sathis Babu

I Sathis Babu.M hold MSc degree in Applied Geology from the Anna University, Chennai, India (2010) and I have PG Diploma in a joint program offered by IIRS-ITC (2011), with the knowledge and love I have acquired towards the RS&GIS I created my strong career path and contributing my service to the varied applications of Remote Sensing & GIS fields.

Having been in this business for 6yrs & 3 months now, works on the application of RS & GIS tools in varied sectors Geology,
Forestry, Water Resources, Natural Hazard & Disaster Risk Management Studies & Utility, contributed more towards Geological Remote Sensing. Guided College students on the technical application of Remote Sensing & GIS software’s for their Master thesis students from IIT, Mumbai & TERI, New Delhi. Served as a GIS Faculty for a very short tenure, which helped me to unearth the love towards subject and made me develop the habit of sharing the knowledge, which helped a lot towards the latter stages of my career and still continues.
