Roles & Responsibilities:
Handled complete Talent acquisition processes .
Sourcing the candidates through References,Job Portals and social websites like linkedin,facebook.
Responsible for identifying and recruiting the candidates of various skill sets at all levels in the local arena as per the project specifications.
Regular interaction with Hiring Managers, Technical Managers for Requirement Specifications and other formalities related to closures.
Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including Recruitment and Selection policy/procedures, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and condition , contracts, Training and Development, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and employee engagement programs.
Maintaining the documents submitted by the employee.
Preparing all corresponding documents (Offer letter, Employment letter, Increment letter, experience and reliving letter etc.)
Handling of the performance review of the Employees.
Screening of the selected candidates through Telephonic and F2F interviews.
Induction and Orientation.
Ensure all inputs for salary are incorporated after validation and checks.
End to End Payroll Activities of all employees (Staff level and Managerial).
Delivery of training, coaching and counseling to the employees
Evaluating effectiveness of training and development programs and utilizing relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods.
To initiate employee engagement programs to improve team morale and reduce employee attrition
Assess the quality of engagement of team through Employee satisfaction surveys and interviews and provide feedback to team leaders
Conducing the Exit Interviews and Customization of Exit Interview Forms
