• Strong Experience with ATS: JobDiva
• Experienced in posting jobs in job boards and social websites
• Extremely skilled at sourcing and recruiting both active and passive candidates through cold calling, data mining, networking, referrals, internal databases, networking events, and job boards.
• Exceptionally skillful at negotiating salaries and rates to meet client needs.
• High quality time management & multitasking skills and ability to meet with deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong rapport with candidates and clients quickly and effectively
• Responsible for verification of I-9 forms, reference checks, SSN verifications, criminal background checks, and any other documentation required by the clients.
