• A Six Sigma green belt, Certified QMS Internal Auditor (ISO9001:2015), Project Management Professional with several years of experience in Customer Support, Quality Assurance, Technology transfer, Failure Analysis in an MNC environment.
• In my last role, I have led cross-functional teams of over 15 engineers from Singapore, Thailand and China to resolve quality issues under tight deadlines thus saving cost and improving quality for our global customers.
• Attended to customer escalation issues by travelling to customer sites in Europe and working with field engineers to resolve the issue in a timely manner thus saving cost and maintaining good customer relations.
• Led projects to root cause resolution with related departments and vendors through strong
collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attended a Data Science Dojo bootcamp in Singapore to gain hands-on experience in R programming, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, data analytics, Big data and IoT.
• Presented talks on motivation and leadership to professionals and students at workshops and conferences in India and Singapore.
• Designed and optimized the website for Bishan toastmaster club thus improving the membership of our club. I have also taken up leadership roles of Club President and Area Governor.
