I am a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) and PMP certified Project Management Professional. I have approx. 10 years of experience in Project Management and Cost Management in EPC and Building Construction. Currently, I am working with Turner & Townsend as Project Manager (Projects & Cost). I have very strong technical knowledge of Electro-mechanical services (MEP). I have strong capability in pre & post contract services such as cost planning, cost control, contract administration and overall commercial management and project management. I have vast experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial, retrofitting and refurbishment (Fit-out), Base-built sectors.
My duties and responsibilities include pre contract cost management at various stages of design, cost estimation, value engineering, risk management, procurement management and post contract cost management including change control, evaluation of interim payments and finalizing of final account and Project Management. As a Project Manager / Cost Manager I have delivered many high repute projects, a few of those are British Embassy, Denmark Embassy in India and Bangladesh, Delhi Metro, International Airport New Delhi, SNU University, Pullman Hotel, High Rise Building Logix Group, Earth Iconic Tower Commercial, LG Industrial etc. I exhibits both Project Management and Cost Management skills equally. Also, I am a member of The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). I have gained reputation as a recognized project management professional for my considerable experience of successfully delivering complex and demanding projects in the India.
