• A Qualified CA with 11 years (7 Year Post Qualification) of experience in the gamut of Strategy, Planning, Management, Finance & Accounts, Internal Auditing, Forex Management, Risk Management, Taxation, Working Capital Management, Project Management, Company Secretarial, Costing, SAP Administration, MIS & Reporting and Decision Making.
• Currently associated with MFI Managed Document Solutions Ltd., Nairobi as Financial Controller. Earlier was associated with Global Industries Limited (Manufacturing of Cooking Oil, Laundry Soap and Bakery Fat), Zambia as Financial Controller.
• Preparation of Financial Statements of the Company. Monitoring of AR, AP, FAR, Cash Flow, Banking Function, Forex exposure, Statutory. Timely completion of Statutory & Internal Audit. Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts.
• Liaising & negotiating with Bankers for funds for the operations and projects.
• Preparation, review & reporting of financial Statements and various report for projects such as-weekly fund status, Cash Flows, Projected Cash Flows, Projected P&L, Balance Sheet, NPV, Payback Period, IRR, Business Plans and feasibility study of the projects.
• Review and Monitoring of Costing of product and process and analysing the variances.
• Inventory Management. Reducing the Inventory holding period. Minimizing the slow and non moving inventory.
• Possess quality skills in analyzing and identifying potential compliance risks as well as performing periodic reviews and audits of products/ services, detecting regulatory violations, etc.
• Sound knowledge of data analysis and risk management
• Skilled in working for SAP Environment; well-versed with ERP-SAP Business One, ERP- Sage Evolution, Tally, ERP-Oracle (TIM & BPCS) & SAP R3 and MS Office.
