I am a PMI certified IT Project Manager/ Business Technology Manager with 10+ years’ experience in leading organizations such as Emirates Airlines. My strengths are in scoping, estimating and efficient delivery through cross-functional teams of vendors and software/ hardware professionals.
A large part of my experience in the last 10 years has been with Aviation sector with Emirates Airlines. I worked with Emirates Group IT Strategy and have engaged with Finance, Emirates Group Security, Network Operations, Flight Operations and Engineering at Emirates Airlines.
I have received the Najm (Star) Award for my work with Finance and Flight Operations. For Finance I designed and successfully developed a business critical solution on time and within the budget of AED4.5mn. The solution involved adopting a new technology for end-to-end processing of invoices.
I have worked with the PMO office for change management, risk analysis and business continuity challenges. With the PMO office I have implemented IT policies, standards, practices and security measure. My technical expertise is in developing middleware applications (XML, Java, dotnet, Oracle, SQL, XML) to integrate and scale current legacy systems.
My experience would add value specially when it comes to stakeholder management, evaluating and implementing new technologies and developing scalable solutions. My knowledge of coding and software development process would prove useful to the organization.
