Syed Abdul Samad Shamsi

Syed Shamsi commenced career in 2007 and is a Civil Engineer from India. He presently works in Engineering Department at D.E.C.He moved to the United Arab Emirates to experience the challenges of its demanding Construction Industry and has completed significant projects in the UAE, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Prior to the UAE, he practiced in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and India, and has also completed projects in Qatar, Bahrain, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Syria, Romania, and Yemen and is a Structural Steel & Pre Engineered. Building specialist having predominantly designing since 2008. Shamsi is structured and practical in his management and engineering approach, and leads by example and participation. He is well versed in various codes such as ACI, IBC, UBC, ASCE, BS and also with advanced computer software such as ETABS, STAAD, Prokon, SAP, Midas, AutoCAD etc .As an Engineer, his skills include Management, Building Services and Sustainable Design, and he has managed teams to successfully deliver smaller to million dollar capital cost projects from Quotations through to Final Design. My objective is to develop into an excellent leader, to support proven-in-practice principles and to develop new and innovative approaches to suit project demands. In addition, he strives to integrate and optimize building solutions, to knowledge-share and mentor with a commitment to provide professional,comprehensive and quality services and to become a preferred provider of Engineering Services in the Construction Industry.
