• Working as Sr Consultant with 12+ years of IT experience with 4 years exp on using Big data Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Hbase and Scala with ETL practices. Analytics practices using Tableau from different sources like Cloudera, Sqlserver and nearly 8years exp on web technologies and SharePoint server 2007/2010 in developing websites and support.
• Extensive working experience on Hadoop eco-system components like HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Pig, Sqoop, Flume, Spark. Implemented performance tuning techniques for Hive queries. Expert in working with Hive tool creating tables, data distribution by implementing partitioning and bucketing, writing and optimizing the HiveQL queries.
• Hands on experience on handling different file formats like AVRO, PARQUET, Sequential files, MAP Files, CSV, xml, log ORC and RC.
• Experience in Hadoop, Spark, Spark-SQL, Spark Streaming.
• Experience in working with BI team and transform Big Data requirements into Hadoop centric technologies.
• Strong knowledge in capacity planning and performance tuning, benchmarking, disaster recovery plan and application deployment in production cluster.
• Define, design, develop and maintain interactive data visualization dashboards using Tableau desktop 9.1 Determines the technical direction and overall structure of the dashboard design to ensure alignment with enterprise guidelines. Use SQL to pull data from different backend systems.
• Have a good Knowledge on Python and R.
• Working experience on design of n-tier/n-layer applications using SP2007/2010 InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, .Net, C#, SQL Server 2012, Java Script, XML, HTML and CSS and Provided no-code solutions to the clients using SP 2007/2010, Quest Web parts, Bamboo Web parts & InfoPath considering client budget and short time lines.
• Having very good experience working with clients directly, which gave the ability to understand their problems & bottlenecks and provide solutions accordingly.
• Worked as Onsite coordinator (US) for CSC and Hitachi.
• Proven experience in Requirements Gathering, Software Development, Overseas Client Engagement, Project Transitions, Risks, Service Introduction, Fit for Service, Service Improvements, and Root Cause Analysis.
