As you will see from my CV, I have been responsible for managing various projects during my career. You will also note that I have built and managed new teams & responsible for winning business contracts in India & also in US. The provision of regular progress reports to key clients and senior management has been a standard aspect of my roles for the past few years. Given my expertise in Project management, Lean Six sigma and Earned Value Management, I see a number of parallels between your working practices and my own experience, hence why I am so keen to pursue this opportunity further.

Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with all departments at an organization. I have the ability to work within a team as well as cross-team. I can work with various teams to resolve technical issues and implement technical enhancements, work with the development department to implement design and functional enhancements, and monitor team statistics.
As an experienced Project and Engineering Manager I am an excellent communicator who is just as comfortable in a board room scenario as I am on the shop floor. I am meticulous and process driven, with a tenacious approach to meeting targets and team organization.
