Mr. Rafael Castellanos has more than 25 years of experience in the management of a variety of industrial projects involving Alumina and aluminum plants, natural gas processing, compressor stations, pipelines, refineries petrochemical and mining plants. His responsibilities have included Project Management, Engineering Management, planning, coordination of various disciplines, such civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and design as well construction supervision.
Mr. Rafael Castellanos has recently involved in the construction of project PALRMO TERMINAL TANKS, Oil and Gas for capacity of 2.5millions barrels. Prior to that, he managed the field engineering activities related to the VAULT, potash mining project, to increase the production capabilities of the existing Vanscoy potash plant operations to a sustainable rate of 2.8 Million Tonnes per Annum, at Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Mr. Rafael Castellanos had worked in EPCM projects were the multidisciplinary and multicultural teams were present, including Middle East countries, Caribbean Islands, South and North America.
