• Formulate monthly/ annual goals, short/ long term budgets and develop operational plans for accomplishment of goals. Devise and implement policies & procedures to enable smooth functioning of operations.
• Develop & maintain direct relationships with both internal sales partners and external customers while working to achieve or exceed revenue goals and distribution objectives.
• Successfully define work flows, jobs, and reporting relationships to obtain optimum effectiveness, provide complete administrative support throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Prepare & manage departmental budgets, create & maintain sales measurements & reports, process orders, returns & exchanges according to company guidelines.
• Evaluate performance & monitor distributor sales and marketing activities.
• Manage sales & distribution network and appointment of new dealer for product promotion.
• Monitor dealership processes to ensure dealer’s profitability & dealer health analysis.
• Analyse & review market response/ requirements and communicate the same to various teams for accomplishment of the business goals.
• Utilize market feedback to develop marketing intelligence for positioning of products.
• Evolve market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.
• Guide and support the front-line team through target setting and reviewing measures.
• Present updated data to the top management for fine tuning of business strategies.
