 Stacking of rolls, removal of material, packing integrity, daily updating of BINCARD and Daily checking of the material.






Material Management
 Managing the overall procurement of raw material and engg. Items, handling the invoicing, checking & forwarding of the material.
 Advance planning of procurement functions, involving cost estimation, contract negotiations & finalization for purchase of all raw materials & engg. Materials.
 Managing the purchase activity and planning for the monthly and yearly inventory, handling its complete record keeping and managing logistics clearance.


Logistics Management
 Assessing infrastructural capability for fulfilling objectives which involve Logistics & Processing.
 Arrangement of transport as an when requirement.
 Finalized the ARC’s from transportation and maintain day to day basis.
 Booking and collecting of materials from transport day to day basis.
 Maintaining good relation with transporter for providing of good support on day to day consignment transfer.
 Maintaining transport ISO documents on day to day basis, like List of service provide, Transport Evolution, Receiving L.R Copy, Legal Documents as per Gujarat Motor Vehicle Act.
 To maintain inventory at safety level every day. To supply inventory without interrupted of production flow.
