• Looking after installation , maintenance and commissioning of rotary equipments
• Shutdown , T/A –experience
• Working experience -SAP (Material management / maintenance) & MS Office.
• Perform and planning predictive / preventive / breakdown maintenance activities for rotating equipments.
• Inspection, verification and certification of executed jobs to contractors and clear invoices.
• Preparation of budget, auditing, maintenance planning.
• Preparation of equipment presentation, maintenance procedure and training material.
• Maintain and follow up lubrication, safety valves, lifting tools and tackles calibration schedule.
• Follow up for training with training department during year for fire fighting, first aid, work permit, ISO, SHEM, HSE...Etc…
• Aware with work permit, LOTO….and implements.
• Prepare MOC and review accordingly.
• Developing a team of competent technician, Foreman/supervisor
• Reduce downtime to the minimum possible time by supervising and re-arrangement jobs.
• Maintaining inventory of consumables & Spares at Store and indenting spares parts with complete technical specifications & drawings, and follow-up.
• Maintaining manpower discipline and take necessary action to maintain company discipline.
• Implements standard maintenance practices in line with Company and Department approved safety policies and regulations.
• Ensure planned KPIs of efficiency and performance are met.
• Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
• Coordinating with the reqd. departments for ensuring availability of spares /out sourcing, manpower for emergency / shutdown.
• Review scope of work, design as per API, ASME for rotary and stationary equipment during construction, commissioning phase.
