Initiated a startup for a Bio- Organic farm, integrating life stock and agriculture as a business model. The Greenfield project was incepted in Tirunelveli dist. (TN) executed the entire project from infrastructure to business development. Handled large projects for Sterling and Wilson Limited (Tata Group) controlling materials by coordinating with purchase and procurement. Have an earlier track record, devising, evaluating & implementing continuous process improvements to minimize waste & reduce costs while maximizing quality & yield. Held roles in the capacities of Procurement Head-Purchase, Administration and handled legal issues for the company. Established effective quality control and safety programs, encouraging proactive participation across the manufacturing floor. A good team player with excellent inter personal and people management skills. Have strong communication skills with a can do attitude.
