I have made a career out of turning around faltering properties, raising service standards, increasing organizational efficiency, and significantly improving bottom-line profits.
For the past 18 years, worked with hospitality "Chain Giants" and Luxury International Resorts, including Starwood, Frasers Hospitality, “The Leading hotels of the World” & “Leading Spa's” all around the globe, Europe, Asia and Middle East
My resume speaks to my history of decisive leadership as well as strong financial and operating results. Most notably, I have:
*Turned unprofitable properties into consistently performing, multi-million-dollar organizations.
*Streamlined operations and eliminated duplicate functions to reduce costs and increase productivity and revenue.
*The value I bring to the hotels is broad experience spanning all core business functions with a primary focus on operations and finance. My success is directly attributable to my ability to unify organizations, initiate action, and deliver results.
I do have all the requirements for executive level and top management, through room’s, operations, sales and development background. Being multinational and bilingual gentleman, it's easy for me to understand different cultures, that used to be advantage in Middle east. From young age to a rare hospitality talent with senior management experience including crisis management, with honored European hospitality education and hyper career grow, besides all financial, economic and high level services achievements during my career.
