• 9+ years of expertise on applications design, development and integration using various business intelligence tools on Management information systems across enterprises in Reporting & ETL.
• Have extensively worked on Oil & Gas, Retail, Manufacturing and Life Sciences/Pharma domains implementing BI Reporting & ETL solutions with tools like Cognos (Reporting, ETL, OLAP), Informatica, Qlik Sense, SAP Business Objects XI R2/R3, Microsoft SSRS/SSAS/SSIS, Meridium, SAP PM/XI, APM/EAM processes (RBI/RCM/IP21/OPC).
• Experience working directly with clients in all phases starting from requirements gathering to organizing UAT’s and post production support.
• Provided Technical/Functional Leadership and Strategic Direction in design, development, integration and Implementation of BI solutions and also EAM systems and processes
• Have closely worked with technical teams on design and developing complex business reports, KPI’s, Dashboards across enterprise in Oil & Gas and Retail industries.
• Technical expertise in Data Warehouse modeling (Inmon’s and Kimball’s approach) and the development of Data Warehouse with excellent understanding of schemas, facts, dimension, and Data Marts.
• Have experience in leading teams and 4 full life cycle implementations of BI Solutions. Also experience in multiple BI transition and upgrade projects.
• Experience in ITSM framework and worked with ITSM tools like Service Now, BMC Remedy, Aldon and McAfee
• Experience in pre-sales, developing and presenting solutions to clients.
• Have exposure to all phases of project life cycle including customization, maintenance and enhancement.
• Has expertise in Load testing, Performance testing of ETL’s, Reports & Database testing of BI Applications (both OLAP & OLTP systems).
• Experience on other technologies: Oracle/SQL-Server 2008, C++ and UNIX basics.
