I am a result oriented professional passionate about Hospital Operations, Projects & Quality with more than 7 years of elaborate experience in the above mentioned. In my current profile, I am looking after day to day operations of three clinics of HCL Healthcare (1 in Delhi & 2 in Noida) which include Customer Care, Billing, Patient welfare, Housekeeping, Security, Biomedical Engineering Department, Stores & Purchase Medical & Non-Medical.

My previous job profile was related to hospital operations, addition of new specialties in a 300 bedded hospital in Jalandhar. In my stint, along with commissioning the hospital, I have been instrumental in establishing the 4th generation oncology department – radiation, medical & surgical. My work includes organizational alignment, government compliances and coordination with vendors.

My earlier projects have given me expertise in commissioning new hospital projects, hospital planning, designing and setting up the operations for providing secondary and tertiary care medical facilities. In addition I have been involved in developing & implementing healthcare strategies, satellite centre establishments, site selection and facility development including Cath labs, Cardiac and other specialty OT’s for prestigious institutions such as Fortis Escorts, New Delhi & Optis Eye care, to list a few.

Having started my career as a core team member in JCI accreditation at Fortis Escorts, New Delhi, I have a clear understanding of developing quality management systems and implementation of both– NABH and JCI. During my stint with the consultancies and other organizations I have achieved NABH accreditation for many reputed hospitals across the country.

I am an effective communicator, a patient listener with excellent relationship building, negotiation & interpersonal skills. I believe that as a team, everything is possible and each individual plays a vital role in achieving the desired goal.

The opportunity to work across South, Central, Northern part of the country in both corporates and consultancies have given me the ability to adjust with the environment and take challenges to bring positive changes into the systems. My efforts have been appreciated by all stakeholders.
