Job Summary
Committed and competent demand planning manager with extensive experience in team supervision, order management and data analysis. Comprehensive expertise in end-to-end supply chain activities, including stock & sales analysis, order planning, shipments, customer service and inventory management at 17+ distributors' warehouses in MENA region. Specialized in management of S&OP process to review and reconcile sales forecast accuracy and other demand planning drivers in coordination with sales, marketing & finance teams to keep a smooth flow of demands in line to market requirement.
Key Areas:
• Utilizes forecasting tools/ methodologies to develop, analyze, and communicate monthly, quarterly and annual unit and value forecasts by SKU, Product Group and customer level.
• Identify and analyze sales trends and influencing variables and incorporate analysis in forecasting, inventory planning and safety stock processes.
• Partner with customers, marketing, sales, operations, supply planner, sourcing, finance and others to identify and reconcile gaps in the demand plan, providing an early warning system for issues identification and resolution.
• Gather commercial input by exception from the sales, marketing and technical functions and incorporate into the sales forecast for review in demand review meeting
• Provides training and mentoring for sales team across the region to ensure full understanding and adoption of forecasting tool and as a result achieve forecast accuracy targets defined in the business.
• Identify, develop and implement process improvements in the Demand planning process across the region.
• Designs reports that illustrate sales trends for Operations, Business and Financial Leaders in order to take all necessary strategic decision.
