Overall Duties & Responsibilities include:
• Design Coordination & value engineering with the consultant’s design, drawing & specification, Review the suppliers quotations, performance, subcontractors final MEP bid and resolve the issues, Review tender / contract documents comparison, Review the contract document.
• Preparation Review as required & Monitoring MEP program/progress schedule prepared based on Construction base line programme, Material/drawing schedule, Material/drawing submittals, MEP co-ordinate services drawings, Review & prepare the Request for information , confirmation of verbal instruction , site instruction & variation orders to identify the variations, preparation of bills, variation, Implement the required Quality control & Assurance procedures, Preparation of Method statements, Adapting company Safety policies and preparing As built documentation, operation maintenance manuals etc.
• Programming of resources required for the project and planning for the project, material and manpower requirement
• Supervision of site work team including the subcontractor’s engineers, coordinators, project managers & coordinate with in-house managers, engineers & supervisors.
• Liaison with all the sub Contractors / Consultants / Clients representatives /Client /Local Govt authorities.
• Reporting to General manager/ Project director on project performance/requirements
• Ensuring that projects are constructed in accordance with the contract or any specified requirement and local authority regulations.
• Co-ordination in the preparation and implementation of the Project Quality Plan, Inspection testing plan & Method statement.
• Attending Site Co-ordination and Progress Meetings and implementing decisions.
• Ensuring that the company’s Quality & Safety Policy is understood and affected by all site personnel.
• Producing regular reports and monitoring the approval from the consultants & Clients representatives / Client.
• Awareness and effective handling of client complaints.
Maintaining the cost control of the project towards the Budget throughout the project.

Timely notification to the clients of changes both in respect to cost and time.
Ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, etc.,
Handing over the projects to the client along with as built drawings, operation& maintenance manuals.
Maintenance of the projects during defects liability period and final handing the project to the client.
