Over the last 15+ years, I have worked with many large Indian and multinational organizations. I have been an integral part of the Learning and Development functions. My roles have varied from being a Project Lead, Master Trainer, Instructional Designer and Department Head. I have gathered vast amount of experience in knowledge management, customer centricity, large-scale talent and capability building projects.

Having worked and led teams across India, South Africa and MENAT (U.A.E., Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Egypt, Morocco, Qatar and Turkey) and liaised with Learning and Development teams in UK, LATAM, East Asia and Europe, I have a global experience of working with multicultural teams.

I have 11+ years of experience in the Learning and Development function of industries like BPO, Hospitality, Retail and FMCG and the last 2 years in HR Consulting. Within consulting my clientele spreads across BFSI, IT/ITES, FMCG, Ecommerce, Automobiles, Manufacturing, Shipping, Telecom and Education.
