o Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; process purchasing orders as required, tracks orders and investigates problems.
o Preparing the Annual PI Count Schedule in advance and arrange the floor accordingly.
o Make recommended adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on changes in demand and market trends.
o Assemble and analyze all data pertinent to creating the sales forecast (historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, and eventually tier 1 account POS and inventory levels).
o Oversee all Inventory transactions: sales, receiving, discrepancies upon receiving, transfers between countries, transfers between stores, price changes, promotion & sale, change of season, Return to Vendor, defected items and uniforms to ensure compliance to set policies and procedures.

o Monitor and control full pipeline inventories to ensure availability as per requirements and minimize business waste. Prepare, report, and communicate forecast and inventory measurements to management (forecast accuracy).
