I have worked in many years in offshore Oil & Gas industries, from electrical Commisioning on board FPSO to Jack-up and Semi-sub Rig electrician, I can work much longer in one company.

• I have Working experience in the Water Injection Platform Electrical Maintenance of Generators, Centralized A/C Units, Freezers, Chillers, EMD Motors, Hydro Testing units, Process instruments, Sensors, Transmitters, DCS System, Control Valves, Fire Alarm System and etc.,
• Maintain, repair and trouble shoot Rig’s ISO drive SCR system with SLC 500 PLC control system of Self Electrical propulsion system using GE 752 DC Shunt motors of 1000HP.
• Maintain, repair of Atwood Beacon Electro- hydraulic jacking system with ‘Allen Bradley’ SLC 500 PLC control system.
• Installs power supply cable wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment such as motors, rotating machinery, pumps, lighting and alarm system.
• Diagnoses malfunctioning apparatus & repairs of transformer, motors, relays, switches, sensing devices, and lighting fixtures.
• Diagnoses and repairs or replaces faulty electronic components, such as printed circuit boards and replaces Electric motor bearings & rewires motors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Main systems handled
• Control general /Techpower/ relay protection system, switch boards, Engine room Equipment failure & warning Alarm system.
• Battery back up power supply systems & Engine room Auxiliaries like Water makers etc.
• Machinery space/ Compartment Ventilation Fan motor speed controllers ‘Moeller’, Den Foss VLT-60 system etc... By VFD (variable Frequency drives).
• ‘Autronica’- BS -100 (UK) Fire protection, detection & Alarm system.
• ‘Crow con’ H2S & CH4 Gas leak detection & Alarm system.
• ‘BHEDA’ Galley & Domestic electrical systems.
• ‘RHEEM’ & ‘CARRIER’ HVAC and ‘CASP’ Refrigeration systems.
• ‘FLYGT’ Submersible Electric motor- pumps system.
• ‘Atlas cop co’ Air compressor start & auto control panel.
