I am a talented and creative architectural engineering professional with considerable knowledge of the construction industry. I'm able to manage and coordinate all architectural design aspects and ensure that all project phases are achieved with regards to functionality, creativity, cost, profitability, and compatibility, all while maintaining the respective licensing authority codes and approved specifications. My design experience includes commercial, residential buildings, healthcare facilities, governmental headquarters, educational institutions, recreational, retail, hospitality and mixed-use buildings.

I have a proven track record of leading all stages of design for various projects from concept until completion, I've played a major role in signing contracts for the companies i worked for by creating a variety of concept designs and showcasing them into attractive and informative presentations then value-engineered them for the ultimate profitability for clients, During later stages I've integrated concepts with structural and MEP, obtained building permit and solved emerging construction site RFI's.

I have an extensive Middle East experience in architectural design projects with a portfolio of various completed and under construction projects in Egypt, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Libya, etc., plus the experience with working with local authorities and outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills. I am also capable of taking direction well and working hard to manage stakeholder expectations with ability to liaison between technical and non-technical persons.

I’m a multi-cultural, open-to-all-aspects global citizen. I speak and understand multiple languages, I have roamed the world and interacted with various types of cultures.
