As a senior industry professional with 13 years of experience in HR & Administration implementing organizational business strategies, administrative policies, complex cross-functional HR strategic initiatives to support corporate mandate across diverse organizations, I present herewith, my candidature to work with your company, in a challenging senior managerial role and add value to the operations.

Presently functioning as Human Resource Director with BASF Khobar, KSA, I am involved in collaborating with the Board and the staff in defining long term/ annual plans for accomplishing business targets, implementing human resource strategic plans aligned to organizational strategic directives. I am also involved in planning, implementation/ evaluation of organization's programs and services aimed at rendering qualitative service delivery, end to end management of human resource operations based on resource requirements in collaboration with respective department heads.
