I am a technical recruiter based in UAE, working for the ADNOC group of companies. I have 8 years of work experience and a Masters degree. I am currently employed by an oil and gas recruitment & training agency where I've incorporated recruiting strategies to attract the best and brightest minds. Through networking I've established strong relationships which led me to identify potential candidates for recruitment.
Being well versed with HR assessment tools, my determination has led to successful retention of many employees. I am also happy to concede that all of my hired candidates and placements are deeply satisfied with their jobs.
I have received a lot of recognition at my workplaces, my employers have found me to be a high achiever - setting goals, prioritizing, completing targets, pro-actively assisting team during recruitment campaigns and the management during goal-setting, decision-making or organizing meetings and conferences.
