Gaurav Gautam

As a strategic leader I’ve led programs and transformations in operations & maintenance and quality assurance. My recent role involved envisioning, creating and harnessing large future-ready teams. I have also led on overseeing the O&M program for the entire Navy, focusing on modernizing maintenance infrastructure, improving quality standards and optimizing O&M processes.

My background includes a blend of technical and commercial work, with a passion for leading large workforces in complex, technologically intensive categories and uncertainty. I've also fostered international collaborations and stakeholder relationships, having led technical teams to many countries.

I've completed a management program at the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi and currently expert consulting. I look forward to contributing in the business marketplace.
