Working as Project Manager with Mohsin Haider Darwish LLC Muscat, to manage the migration of MHD group from Oracle to SAP S/4 HANA and migration of their Automotive Division to Autoline Drive on Cloud.
Previously worked as Deputy General Manager with Vodafone Shared Services India, Pune to support and deliver ERP services from Pune to Vodafone multiple locations. Vodafone is having global ERP implemented and all countries are being supported by the global setup of SAP landscape.
In this role, managed delivery to 24 countries, in 24x7 manner and managing more than 100000 users in SAP landscape. SAP Basis support and upgrade/enhancements deliveries using 5-tier landscape, managing multiple teams for process as well as technical ERP activities are part of my responsibilities.
Total experience of 17 years in Information technology encompassing expertise in Technical SAP landscape Management, SAP Roadmap design & handling SAP Implementations, SAP technical upgrades along with P1 handling on SAP support projects.
Worked with leading Tier-1 SAP consulting companies and involved in many SAP projects (Implementation and Upgrade, DC migrations) of varied lengths and complexities in different capacities such as SAP Technical Architect, Technical Team Lead, Project Manager & Escalated Ops Support.
Expertise in Oracle DBA and sound exposure of UNIX & Windows environment. Industry experience spanning across various platforms & technologies ranging from Web Centric Technologies, Client-Server Applications, Design and Modelling.
Experience of RCA, Incident management, shift planning for 24x7 and weekend basis activities, customer presentations of weekly updates, managing customer visits, planning for major basis activities.
Successful in meeting new technical challenges and finding solutions to meet the need of the customer. Proficient communication and relationship management skill with the ability to coordinate with external partners like Implementation Partner Software and Hardware vendors.
