I am a senior HR professional with around 15+ years of progressive experience in sectors related to Manufacturing, IT consultancy, BPO, Removals, Logistics and Transportation. Work experience spans across India as well as Middle Eastern countries and covers experience with market leaders like Agility, Freight Systems, Xerox, Sapient and Convergys.

Presently, I head human resources and administration Function of Agility, Abu Dhabi, UAE a multinational company with 500 offices and 22000 employees worldwide with around 1000 employees in Abu Dhabi. In my current role, I report to CEO and I am part of Executive management team (EMT). I am responsible to drive key HR strategies and initiatives to support business goals and to manage the overall provision of HR function as well as Administration function that includes statutory requirements for Abu Dhabi.

In my previous assignment with Freight Systems (FSL), I have reported to CEO and was supported by HR teams/ representatives across countries. During my tenure with FSL, I established complete HR function from scratch and have supported business partners in setting up of new branch offices across GCC for Freight Forwarding division. Working as a Head of HR for FSL, Head Quarters, I was responsible for all divisions of company - Removals, Lubricants, Freight Forwarding and IT consultancy that had given me an opportunity to understand different segments of business under one umbrella and form strategy and path to have centralized HR to suit all division’s requirements. I have also centralized HR processes of all offices of FSL located in 14 countries by establishing HR back office in India. Successfully, transformed all manual HR processes to e-system integrated with HRMS.

During my tenure with Sapient, I have successfully centralized compensation and benefits segment of UK and USA in India. Worked as a Subject matter expert for process documentations and ensuring key controls to comply as per Sarbanes Oxley.
