 Develop and measure key performance indicators to determine and improve the effectiveness of the purchasing and logistics function.
 Identification and development of New potential suppliers.
 Planning and Organizing new supplier audits and renewals.
 Negotiate major purchases, master agreement with the suppliers and engage in all aspects of contract management.
 Ensuring the suppliers payment are made on time.
 Purchasing of Oil & gas industries goods- i.e. -Structural steel Materials, Instruments, Electrical accessories, Pipe & Pipe fittings (SS, MS,CPVC & PVDF), Valves, Tube & Tubes fittings in UAE local or globally as per client AVL.
 Handling Import & Export break-bulk shipment as per projects targets and budget.  Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customs issues.
