I am a Assistant Manager for Sales & Marketing. I have worked as intern with Major NBFC company i.e Electronica Finance Limited in Pune, India.

Recently,I am working as Assistant Manager for Sales & Marketing for Uganda (Africa) with Miracle Motors Co. Ltd., A Sole Distributors of Mahindra Two Wheelers in Uganda. In this role, I am responsible for whole MIS of the company and also control on credits to dealers & corporate companies, my duties also include as looking after the sales of local region linking with all kinds of sales like cash sales, sales through different financing institutions, etc in Uganda. My role also includes looking after the dealer network & all the marketing activities in Uganda. My Successes includes the making the organization more Systematic, Sales & Marketing Strategies, Network Development, Channel Sales, Institutional Sales, Team Management, Business Development, Event Management etc.

I am very popular as new idea generator & initiator among my colleagues as i always believe in innovation.
But I never try to impose my ideas & thoughts on others as i know everyone has their own perception & thoughts. Instead, I spend a lot of time understanding the business module and the audience before suggesting ideas. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others.
