25 years of strong and motivating leadership in well-known organisations of repute. Of this over 17 years of experience in Customer Support function in various geographies and cultures.
Having successfully delivered in the customer support function for just over 3 years in domestic market moved within Tata Motors to International Business Passenger cars unit and was moved to Sri Lanka as Area Manager Customer Support. Established an extensive network of over 25 service stations to augment the distributor workshop. After an eventful tenure in Sri Lanka for over three and half years moved to the United Kingdom in September 2007 where I extended effective support to the dealer network and customers in the absence of an official distributor in the UK for over two years.
Subsequently moved to Poland in October 2009 which was a new market. Established a network of over 37 dealers in Poland, Lithuania, Slovenia, Slovakia and Albania. Based out of Poland I was responsible for the Customer Support function for Poland, Italy, Slovenia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Albania and Hungary markets. After a tenure of nearly four years based out of Poland, moved to Customer Quality Function based out of the Manufacturing plant in Pune, India.
Since July 2015 I have been working with Arabian Automobile Company in Dubai heading the Technical Department function.
The above exposures have given me the opportunity to have worked in complex and challenging environments and develop the confidence and conviction to represent the company with all Channel partners and Customers.
