Statutory accounting, Consolidation, Audit & Documentation, Monthly closing, due diligence audit, differed taxes, Restructuring and modeling of complex accounting reports. •
Analysis of financial indicators vis-a-vis competition and conduct benchmarking studies. •Ensure all taxation and legislative requirements are complied with at all times.

Accounts Management •

Consolidating and preparing various reports, reconciliation statement, for evaluating differences in accounting. •
Monitoring preparation of financial statements, maintenance of statutory books of accounts & financial statement for quarterly & annually held audits. •
Implementing systems, procedures & manuals for preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts and financial statements, ensuring compliance with time & accuracy norms.
Oversee preparation of month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial statements. •Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations and corporate/overhead cost allocation.
Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems •
Serve as final point of escalation for Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable issues
Develop and manage accounting staff •
Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors;
Manage preparation and support of all external audits

Fund Management: •
Coordinating with division heads in collating information for preparation of monthly budgets/ forecasts, funds management and control. •
Monitoring the inflow/ outflow of funds; taking adequate measures to ensure optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of organizational objectives.
Negotiating with banks for raising fund & non-fund based facilities & meet working capital requirements.

Strategy •
Assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and companys long term strategy. •
Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations. •
Engaged in the finance, audit, and investment committees around issues, trends and changes in the operating model(s) and operational delivery. •
Assist in establishing yearly objectives and meeting agendas, and selecting and engaging outside consultants (auditors, investment advisors). •
Oversee long-term budgetary planning and costs management in alignment with company strategic plan.


Executive Management : •

Serve as a member of senior leadership team •
Participate in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives, operating model and operational execution Financial Planning and Analysis •
Oversee the finalization of accounts on monthly, quarterly and annual basis. •Interacting with Internal and External agencies and providing guidance etc. resolving issues that are related accounting function •

Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed. •

Our flagship company is Al Hassan Engineering company, a major EPC company of repute in Oman and listed in the Muscat Stock exchange.. I have in-depth experience in all the major areas of the Engineering company and has designed the MIS and management accounting system for all our projects to project correctly the costs to completion.
