Passed the preparatory level of M.Sc. in Structural Engineering -Department of Project Management- Specialty of Contract and law, Faculty of Engineering - Cairo University.

10 years of practical experience in the field of Civil Engineering especially in the field of construction projects in Egypt, and Sultanate of Oman inclusive of various job applications in several projects vary in both type and size with extensive experience in Contract Administration, Site Execution, Estimation, Structural design. Studying and application of several BoQs vary in its complexity and comprehensiveness that is based on different measurement standards such as Standard Method of Measurement for Building Works (SMM7) and Civil Engineering Standard Method of Measurement, Third edition (CESMM3).

The key member of a team constituted to manage and administrate Arbitration cases against government organizations in the Sultanate of Oman which are of technical and/or legal basis with an initial claimed amount equals 16 million Rial Omani (i.e 41million USD) in different projects. For this respects I have dealt with reputed international law firms .e.g. Hill International, Leach Group, and Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP; Oman

Excellent knowledge of administrating the Contracts adopt FIDIC 99 , FIDIC 87, or any amended editions thereof, with highly ability to manage Contracts based on any other international or local contract forms. Excellent knowledge of the Omani Standard Documents for Building and Civil Engineering Works and the Egyptian Tender law no.89/1998.

Excellent knowledge with the Egyptian and Omani related laws such as the Civil Code, the Arbitration Law and the Labour Law; with highly ability to cope with the Articles and Provisions of the other laws and its amendments.
Excellent knowledge of the general doctrines of the international English Construction law

Wide knowledge of the Delay Analysis Approaches and International protocols such as the Protocol of Society of Construction Law, and its application for having sound EOT Claims.

Highly qualified in writing letters, monitoring the Contract’s implementation, preparation of Claims and Variation Orders’ files with the necessary guidance to the other concerned departments should be involved, and oversee the Contracts of suppliers/ Subcontractors; with ability to manage many contracts simultaneously.

Wide knowledge of Tender’s preparation works as I worked as a member of Tender’s studying team for number of Projects for Sewer Networks, Water Networks , infrastructure, stadium and residential buildings as a responsible for contact with suppliers/ subcontractors for gathering proper quotations, attendance of site visits and participation in studying and extracting information from the Tender’s documents. I also acted as a key member in making risk assessment studies for those Tenders particularly in terms of the Contractor’s obligations and liabilities as per the Tenders’ conditions.
