Performs quantity take-offs of assigned jobs and develops the Job Budget based on approved-for-construction drawings.
Preparing, checking Measurement Sheets and Bending Lists.
Negotiating, agreeing final quantities with consultant.
Prepare the interim payments, final accounts and issuing certificates.
Prepare a bill of quantities listing the individual components required to construct the project.
Complete the Quantities take off process according to company standards.
Revising, and/or re-estimating the variation costs claimed by subcontractors/ contractors for either star rate that were not included in the BOQ or different types and of amendments requested by the Consultant/ Client.
Preparing cost estimations for the project and alternative design solutions.

Supervisor Engineer
Exercise effective quality control and quantity control to see that the specifications laid down are strictly adhered to and that the progress is commensurate with the time schedule.
