• Abilities in end-to-end implementation of ERP from requirement analysis to system study, designing, coding testing, de- bugging, documentation, designing and implementation. Experience Oracle based accounting software, Point of Sale, MOVEX, Microsoft Navision and Tally ERP, Focus, Oracle, etc.
• Deep involvement in the decision-making processes in adherence to financial regulations with the innate capability of driving business revenues via risk management, forecast and accurate analysis of financial data
• Proficient managing end-to-end HR processes at different levels in a matrix structure and ensuring risk & compliance for the business
