Project Manager/Director with an extensive EPC Project Management experience in industrial / downstream petrochemicals covering a wide range delivery of EPC projects in Gas, Oil and Power sectors while being responsible for the EPC project development activities from FEL/FEED through to the project EPC LSTK and Cost Reimbursable projects delivery and their successful Start-up and Commercial operations. These projects included constructed midstream and downstream Oil/Gas/LNG processing plants, Oil refineries, Combined Cycle Power plants, Desalination Plants and big size 56”, 52”, 48” and 36” Oil/Gas pipelines (onshore and sub-sea offshore) and Oil/LNG storage / export facilities. Having full Commercial, Financial, Legal and Business Development responsibility on all the EPC Projects executed for profits and cash flow achievements at high standards.

I have been able to deliver mega projects for oil, gas and power majors like ALSTOM, Saudi Aramco, GDF SUEZ, Eni Group, British Gas, Conoco-Phillips, Shell and Eni in the position of being a Senior Manager/Director.

A highly motivated individual who ensures that projects are managed efficiently and effectively and in accordance to the business aims and values of the organization to the satisfaction of the Shareholders and EPC Contractors in complex project environment involving FEED, engineering detailed designs, procurement and construction phases of the project with successful Commissioning, Start-up, Testing and On-stream Operations for handover at very high plant acceptance standards.

Able to work on own initiative or as part of a team with proven leadership skills which include managing, developing, planning, trouble shooting and motivating multicultural teams to achieve the valuable objectives of the project and to deliver it within budget, cost and quality with top HSE considerations.

Key attributes are open communication, coordination, influencing, planning and decision making with firstclass leadership, analytical and problem solving skills covering all technical, commercials and financials for complex petroleum, natural gas, oil/gas pipelines and combined cycle power projects.
