1. Designing & implementing IR Strategy and Employee Relation Framework
2. Exposure of working with Politically Affiliated Unions (more than 3 Union one Plant) and liaison with the respective political leaders.
3. Ensuring Strong productivity culture through collective bargaining and signing Long Term Settlements.

5. Ensuring Labour Laws Compliance and liaison with relevant Govt Authorities as per Guidelines of Compliance and Ethics of the Company, i.e Deputy Labour Commissioner, Conciliation Officer, Labour Courts, Deptt of Factories, PF and ESIC Authorities, Police etc
