I have 15 years supply base operations and 15 years Supply Chain experience, familiar in procurement, sourcing, logistics, materials management/inventory, operations, shared services, general management, warehousing (including design and build), transportation/shipping (containerized, break bulk, SPMT, lifting and hoisting), safety and quality (Note. I have been trained to conduct routine safety and quality audits i.e. ISO 9001 Quality; ISO 14001 Environmental and OHSAS 18001 Health & Safety as part of the role.) as well as FIDIC and BIMCO contracts, I am also a trained Six-Sigma Champion (including Lean). I have been in both Country and Regional Management positions, hence, adaptable to both leadership and individual roles. I am effective bilingual in English and Chinese (both traditional and simplified) and understanding the cultural and values differences between East and West.
